Remark Daily operating time during 07.00 AM – 22.00 PM Car rental with driver hire start at minimum 4 consecutive hours up to 8 consecutive hours. Each additional hour will be charged based on each vehicle type. (Please see our tariffs) Night hour charge rate, based on vehicle type, will apply on all bookings from 22:00 PM – to 06:00 AM. (Please see our tariffs) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free of charge as long as the booking has been made 7 days prior to the pick-up time. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the requested pick-up time, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. Prices are inclusive of VAT, fuel and driver. SmackONE follows the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) and Government regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and all our vehicles are disinfected before and after every trip and all contact locations are cleaned and sanitized. Passengers travelling in SmackONE fleet are supposed to ensure they follow the local government regulations for their safety and health. Face mask is a must. Our drivers are aware of the social distance and will not contact the customers directly.
